To hold a spot on the vendor list, you must pay $20 towards your booth rental fee. If confirmed, 100% of this fee is applied to the cost of your booth rental. If we run out of space and you are not confirmed, 100% this fee is refunded to you.
Once we get a firm grasp on the number of vendors that wish to participate, we will finalize the layout and let you know if we were able to accommodate your request. Again, if we cannot confirm your, your registration fee will be returned in full. Vendors will be accepted in the order in which they register.
